Fair Food and Rolling Barrel present the Love Local Culinary Stage - bringing "regionally produced goodness" to the 2013 Philadelphia Home show! Attendees were able to stop by the stage to learn, sample and chat with true locavores from Fair Food and Rolling Barrel as they presented onstage cooking demos, tutored tastings, sustainable farming practices, and much more.

Fair Food is dedicated to bringing healthy local food to the marketplace and promoting a humane, sustainable agriculture system for the region. Fair Food Members were scheduled to appear…

Philly CowShare – Cows are BIG – Share one!

A Philadelphia CowShare is a way for individual customers to buy high quality, local, grass-fed beef in bulk by splitting the purchase of a cow with other people. We personally visit each farm and talk with the farmer!

Other events attendee's were sure not to miss!

Steven Rinella, avid outdoorsman, writer and host of Sportsman Channel’s MeatEater gave a live cooking demonstration on Saturday, February 2 at 1pm.

The Irish Pub did a cooking demonstration full of fun as part of Guy’s Night! This happened on Monday, February 4.

WXTU participated in our first ever Grilled Cheese Cook-off! This happened on Friday, February 8.

People were welcomed to hang out sessions with the beer and wine experts from Rolling Barrel as they guided you through interactive tastings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
