Raised on a California alfalfa farm, Ahmed learned to mow lawns, plant flowers and harvest gardens at the age of 10. With the support of his blended family and entrepreneurial parents, Ahmed’s quest for more knowledge paved the way to a successful career as one of today’s most sought after celebrity landscapers and green experts.

Following a series of hosting stints for numerous DIY Network television shows including “The Dirt On,” “Green Me Up,” and “Blog Cabin,” Ahmed was personally selected to host “Yard Crashers” which has showcased Ahmed's high energy, engaging personality and motivational spirit as he and his team customizes residential landscapes and upgrades homes for a featured family. Ahmed’s authenticity in his knowledge of plants, soils, and design, coupled with the importance of proper irrigation and maintenance allows viewers, of all ages, to both learn and become inspired. He has spent 22 years mastering the business of landscaping and home improvement by turning simple turf into works of art. He is the owner of landscape design and maintenance company Abrabella LLC.

Now ladies, we understand that you might have an issue with making his room even more comfortable but there is a win for you as well. Jason is also a professional & licensed carpenter. He shared his expertise & helpful hints on home improvement projects throughout the home… and he also offered landscape ideas to brighten your home’s curb appeal. And (if that isn’t enough!)… He was also a fitness model!

After 6 seasons of Jersey Shore, Jenni “J-Woww” Farley has graduated to her new spin off series Snooki and JWoww which is currently in its second season. With all of the fun, friendship, and fights that have ensued in her past, she’s now ready to settle down with her main squeeze Roger. She proves to us all that friendship reigns supreme as we watch her relationship with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi continue to blossom.


MARIKO IZUMI


Mariko Izumi is best known as the host of WFN - World Fishing Network’s original production, Hookin’ Up, a travel/fishing show that features fishing and fun in some of the hottest locations on the planet. Since joining WFN in 2007, she has presented a web series on the current events of the fishing industry, hosted her own travel/fishing/adventure series and extensively represented WFN as the face and voice of the network in promos and station IDs. For 2013, Mariko will again host WFN’s flagship digital initiative, Ultimate Fishing Town.  Attendees Joined her at the Xfinity booth #551 on Feb 2 from 3-4pm and 5-7pm.


Buffi Jashanmal,

Project Runway Season 10 Contestant

Buffi studied fashion at London College of Fashion and later attended Parsons where she developed her incredibly innovative sense of design.  She launched her first line in Dubai, where her mother lives, and received much praise and success – even becoming a small celebrity there with stints hosting on-camera.  Full of charisma, Buffi not only designs, she authored a book on dress making, teaches sewing classes and hosts speed dating events part time. Appeared at the Xfinity Experience, Tuesday, February 5th at 6pm.

Attendees visited the XFINITY booth #551 on February 2nd where Steven Rinella, avid outdoorsman, writer, and host of Sportsman Channel's MeatEater, was signing autographs and answering people's cliffs, claws and culinary questions!

Beth Allen is a seasoned Do-It-Yourself chick, licensed contractor, registered nurse, entrepreneur, blogger, and educator. As founder of HIP Chicks (a.k.a. Home Improvement Project Chicks), Beth has built a fun, practical, and money saving DIY resource for women. 

HIP Chicks offers a blog, videos, and workshops to make the DIY world easy and uncomplicated for
Women. HIP Chicks has been featured on 6 ABC, NBC 10, PHL 17, Fox 29, and BEN FM.

She is currently writing a DIY book and producing her own DIY video series.
Beth’s goal to build smart, capable, and confident women homeowners.  Beth and her sassy sidekick, Henrietta, live in Pennsylvania with a very supportive husband and three handy sons. They are HIP Chicks!

JANET BERNSTEIN


Born and raised in England, Janet Bernstein moved to the United States in her early twenties. She developed her organizing expertise through her travels and work abroad including nine years in the Former Soviet Union. As a professional organizer, Janet combines her passion for helping others with her love of solving the organizing challenges of her clients. In 2006, she formed Janet Bernstein Organizers and built a substantial word-of-mouth clientele in New York City before settling with her family in the Philadelphia area. Janet is a Certified Professional Organizer, Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and member of the Greater Philadelphia NAPO Chapter. She was named Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly® 2012 Personal Organizer and is thrilled to be able to share her organizing expertise at the home show.

Interior designer extraordinaire and author of “The Painted Home” blog, has an exceptional eye that takes everyday items found in flea markets, thrift shops or simply along the roadside and turns them into unique pieces that freshen and warm your home … without breaking your budget. Denise will be designing a room especially for the Philadelphia Home Show that will feature salvaged items that are repurposed to create a room filled with fresh ideas.

DEBBIE LILLARD

Debbie Lillard is an internationally recognized expert on Home Organizing, featured on A&E’s Hoarders and HGTV’s Mission: Organization as well as radio shows across the US, Canada and England. Her practical approach to simplifying your life and her creative ideas make her a favorite with such national publications as: The Chicago Tribune, Better Homes & Gardens, Woman’s Day, Disney’s Family Fun, and Shop Smart.

Debbie has run Space to Spare, a professional organizing service since 2003 and has three published books: Absolutely Organized, Absolutely Organize Your Family, and a new book A Mom’s Guide to Home Organization, which is a combination of both books under a new title & cover. She loves to speak to professional woman about how to create order and balance in their lives. Growing up in a small house with 6 kids, she knows of what she speaks! Following successful careers in the performing arts Courtenay trained at the New York School of Interior Design. After completing her studies she worked for Harry Schnaper, Inc. – one of New York’s leading Interior Design firms. Upon returning home to Pennsylvania , she founded Day Organizing & Design. Courtenay’s deep artistic roots and strong color sense, combined with her love of organizing space as well as stuff, uniquely prepared her to create a company that provides both professional organizing and interior design services. She believes that you can’t have good design in a cluttered space. Courtenay’s vision is to help you create a beautiful home that you love, that clearly reflects who you are and allows you to move into your clutter-free future.

BARBARA BERMAN

Barbara is the owner of BB's Clutter Solutions, which was founded in 2007. As a Professional Organizer, she understands people's needs to create order out of chaos and to develop the drive and determination to keep things in order going forward. Barbara works with her clients one-on-one to inspire and motivate in order for them to be more productive and efficient and to help them develop their strategies for staying organized permanently. Her background in social work (she holds a degree in Social Work from Syracuse University), and a desire to help people regain control over their lives, has led her to the world of Professional Organizing. Barbara has written an eBook entitled Want More Time in Your Life? and has trademarked a product called BB’s Brilliant Box System. She writes for Virtua Woman and has been featured in Go Jane News and Girlfriendz Magazine.

ANNA SICALIDES CPO

Anna works with her clients to define what truly brings value to their lives and focuses on creating environments, solutions, and systems to nurture their goals and vision in life. Her biggest thrill is to help people and watch their lives become transformed through their work together. Before founding “The Organizing Consultant” in 2002, Anna used her organizational skills in many positions she held in store management, operations and buying. She created efficient workplaces, supervised large projects, managed store openings, events and renovations, created and maintained budgets, and trained customer service associates. Recognized as a leader in her field, Anna served on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of NAPO from 2003 until 2010, including three terms as President.

VALI HEIST CPO

Vali Heist is a CPO and owner of The Clutter Crew in Mohnton, PA. She is the author of “Organize This! Practical Tips, Green Ideas, and Ruminations about your CRAP”(Clutter that Robs Anyone of Pleasure). Vali explores why we have so much CRAP in our homes, why we don’t throw it out, and why we don’t want to deal with it. Vali’s goal is to create and share simple organizing ideas with her clients and readers and help them organize their best life. Vali has a Master’s in Education and a background of 24 years in Higher Education including training, administration, project management, writing, and editorial production. She is also a Certified GO System Trainer for businesses.

Carla, better known as Ms. DeClutter, is founder and CEO of DeClutter Enterprise, a professional organizing service. In June 2008, she took a leap of faith and started her own business as a professional organizer to help people get organized by transforming their living and work space. Carla specializes in helping corporations, small businesses and individual clients to increase efficiency, improve time management, and productivity while promoting wealth management. Carla is a devoted member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter, National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-GPC) where she currently serves as Director of Professional Development. Donna Jumper is the founder and owner of JumpStart Organizing since 2006. Her company organizes homes, small businesses, photos and provides moving/unpacking assistance in the Greater Philadelphia area. She is located in Delaware County, PA and has clients in DE, NJ & PA. JumpStart Organizing also works with many corporations with relocation assistance for their executives who are on the move. She has appeared on A&E’s TV show “Hoarders”. Donna has written for the Western Delaware County Women’s Journal and creates a monthly column in the News of Delaware County, as well as contributed ideas and techniques to writers who have submitted articles about organization for other publication.
