How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online to save $3.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Ticket prices at the show are: $13 for adults, $3 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under are free of charge.
Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
If you plan to come back to visit a particular exhibitor, ask him/her for a free Exhibitor Guest Ticket before leaving the show.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, a restaurant will be on-site which offers full meal service including hot and cold meals and snacks. Visitors can also visit Pizza Pizza for a hot & delicious slice of their favourite pizza or various snack vendors along the show floor.
Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, there are machines in the Galleria as well as on the show floor.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, there is a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available at the Show Office (Salon 105). We will require a valid driver's license in exchange for a wheelchair.
Is there childcare at the show?
Childcare will be provided on Family Day - February 21st, 2011 FREE OF CHARGE. There will NOT be childcare during any other time during the show.
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
Please check our on-line exhibitor list for an alphabetical listing of company name and booth number. Also at the show you will receive a free showguide, which contains exhibitor listings sorted by name and by product category. If you still can't find a particular exhibitor please visit the info booth located on the show floor for more information.
What can I expect to see at the show?
Aside from being able to shop from over 700 exhibitors under one roof, please visit the Show Highlights page of the website for a full listing of our exciting show features.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, the seating for celebrity performances is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between 3 and 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show. Plan to spend ample time with our many and varied exhibitors - they are a valuable resource for your home improvement questions.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
Unfortunately no pets are allowed at the show.
